Great News!!

Okay so some of you may or may not know but right now I work for Teavana. It is an awesome store where we sell almost 100 types of loose leaf tea, and tons of tea related things. Right now I am only a team member, but recently a store management position has opened up in Seattle, WA. After visiting the city, the local Teavana, and the campus where I could potentially complete my MBA program, I decided I would be more than happy to let Seattle be a place I called home for awhile. I sent in my resume for the store manager position this past Friday. Well its only Monday and I have already received a very positive email from corporate letting me know that Seattle's regional manager would be contacting me for an interview very shortly. I am beyond ecstatic for this opportunity. I have found a company I love working for, a beautiful city and a possible chance to put my college degree to good use!

hi

so i'm thinking i'll give this blog thing a go. just a heads up its probably going to be a bunch of random thoughts that are linked only in my mind, i will probably be vague when it comes to people, and you mightfind out more about me than you ever intended :)

i have realized that my priorities in life have totally changed. and i'm excited about that. i am still constantly eager for change, but i now hope for different outcomes. this is such an exciting time in my life, figuring out who i am as an adult. one big priority that has changed for me is that i really want to make my faith an important part of my life again. it has become so apparent to me that God has put some really amazing people in my life, that i wouldn't be the same without.

its a great feeling when you realize that you have found someone that is there to help you start a new chapter in your life. this person can be a new or old friend, but whats important is that they want you to be nothing but yourself, and they are there to teach you things you can't learn alone. i have had the blessing of spending time with old friends, and finding an incredible new friend in the past few months and i know that my life won't be the same without them in it.

this was a little scattered, but i warned you. i will get better, but for now i just needed to express how grateful i am for the blessings that have put me in such a good place.

i would give anything to be here right now...
